Easter Camp T&C’s
Dear Parent/Guardian,
Thank you for choosing Little Scholars Montessori, please read and be aware of our admission policy.
By booking a place in our camp here, you agree to all of these Terms & Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CAMP:
- Children must be between 4yr – 6yrs if they are not already part of the service to aid the settling in the camps.
- Camp operates between 10.30am-1.30pm, collections must be on time.
- Children must be toilet trained to attend (additional needs waiver on our toilet training policy).
- A snack and full water bottle must be brought daily, no treats or nuts allowed.
- A change of clothes must be brought in
- Fees must be paid prior to attendance; no refunds will be given for cancellations.
- All details regarding a child’s registration must be completed before a child can attend camp. Any relevant important information or specific diet or health requirements must be noted.
We are committed to providing all children with the opportunity to access our service regardless of their ability but within the expertise and resources available and in accordance with the best interests of the child. It is necessary to disclose any needs that a child may require some support with so we can facilitate their care to the best of our ability.
-We reserve the right to terminate our services; decisions will always be made in accordance with the best interests of the child. Services can be terminated also in cases where: -
Fees have not been paid.
-Where a parent / guardian breaches our terms and conditions.
For safety reasons. Where a risk assessment is carried out and indicates risks to the child or to others that cannot be controlled adequately in the environment and within the expertise / resources available.
-The setting is not deemed appropriate or suitable to the care needs of the child. This may relate to the safety of the environment, the child’s emotional /physical needs, or in cases of extreme behaviour challenges. This will always be a last resort, and we will consult with the parents / guardians first to agree on and implement strategies in an effort to resolve any issues.
-We reserve the right to refuse admission.
- Children will only be allowed to be collected by the contacts listed on the registration form. Any alternative collections must be agreed with staff beforehand.
-Parents / guardians should familiarise themselves with our terms & conditions before the commencement of camps.
-We do ask that all children wear suitable comfortable clothes, ideal for artwork and outdoor messy play. (No ‘good’ clothes please). Velcro shoes are preferable. All long hair must be tied up. No hoop or long earrings.
